HOW TO MAKE A LOGO

Want more information on creating a Logo for your business?
In this post we're going to be going over the quickest and easiest way to create a logo for your business.
This tutorial is for those that aren't too knowledgable on design software and can't necessarily invest as yet, a nice taste of what can be achieved if you want to go beyond this.
SO LET'S BEGIN!
We'll be using canva to create our logo as it is free and easy to use, and again just gives a brief insight into what you can do in a short space of time with little to no knowledge.
STEP 1
First off you're going to what to make an account on canva don't worry it's quick and easy and you can create and save as many logo's as you want!
STEP 2
OK, now go to the top left of the page and click on the "Create Design" Tab. Here you'll get a drop down menu where you can select custom dimensions (As Canva is not just for Logo's) Let's scroll down the menu and Select "Logo".
STEP 3
Great we're now in the creative space. You'll see a white square in the centre, treat this like a page you would draw on, the page is square because we have selected the "Logo" template.
Along the left you'll see we have tab, the first automatically open is "Templates" Canva provides plenty of free templates to help you get started, you can use these but you don't have to!
You can either start to create a logo yourself by use of the tabs beneath template, or select a template and edit and add to it.
STEP 4
This is the part people enjoy the most, let's get creative!
Use the tools along the side to edit shapes, colour, text, rotate things put YOUR twist on YOUR logo!
STEP 5
No, let's say you've finished up and you're happy with what you've created, Click "download" in the top right corner and you can either download the .png image straight to your computer or there are a few more options for sharing online, let's say to get some team feedback first maybe?
Yes it is as easy as that to use canva! Canva is a great beginner tool and can give you a nice look into what's possible in a short space of time.
